About

My Goal:
I offer evidence-based result-oriented quality treatments for a wide range of needs. I apply my knowledge, manual skills and experience to work with clients in the effective treatment of specific concerns as well as preventative health care and stress management. I believe regular treatments are more than just a luxury–they are an integral part of complementary and integrative medicine and a powerful tool for maintaining optimal health and well-being. I endeavor to provide a safe space for all persons.

Who I Am:

My name is Kelly Pearson and I have been an RMT in private practice for over 20 years.  I graduated in 2002 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, B.C., where I completed over 3000 hours of training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, remedial exercise, orthopaedic assessment, soft tissue therapy, and hydrotherapy.  I continue to build skills and knowledge through our profession’s continuing education requirements, my natural love of reading, and remaining curious about how the body works.  I have a particular interest in the practice of mindfulness as a tool to mitigate the impact of stress on pain levels and general health.

Whether you seek enhanced performance, greater ease of motion, pain management, or general wellness, I will work with you to help achieve your goals. I welcome the opportunity to be part of your health care team with physicians, chiropractors, physiotherapists and other health care professionals.

“Once I started seeing Kelly I began to see obvious improvements that are proving to be long-lasting. Kelly has an amazing understanding of body mechanics and pain patterns, as well as an impeccable technique. A massage with Kelly is just simply a great investment in your health, and in yourself.”
